All that and those the land and premises comprised in folio LY26680 county londonderry as listed in schedule 2, part 7 of the debenture and all other assets and undertaking of the company, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future and the property and assets charged pursuant to clause 3.1 to 3.4 of the debenture and all intellectual property charged pursuant to clause 3.2.7 of the debenture.
