All that and those the land contained in land registry folios 37634 and 1011 county down as listed in schedule 2, part 7 of the debenture and all other assets and undertaking of the company whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future and all property and assets charged pursuant to clause 3.1 to 3.6 of the debenture and all intellectual property charged pursuant to clause 3.2.7 of the debenture.
