All that and those the lands and premises comprised in folio FE91490 county fermanagh as listed in schedule 2 part 7 of the debenture and all other assets and undertakings of the company, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future and all the property and assets charged pursuant to clause 3.1 to 3.6 of the debenture and all intellectual property charged pursuant to clause 3.2.7.1 of the debenture.
