All of the rights which positive response communications limited now has and all of the rights which it obtains at any time in the future in:. (A) land; (b) equipment; (c investments; (d) key contracts; (e) key accounts; (f) intellectual property; (g) debts; and (h) goodwill and uncalled capital (as each is defined in the instrument creating the charge).
